Hi, I’m Alaina. I currently reside in the California Mojave Desert where I was raised, but I’m nomadic at heart. When I’m not writing, I feel most alive when I’m traveling, kissing slowly, practicing yoga, connecting with nature, and engaging in existential conversations with anyone who will have me.
Rebirthday Party is my first collection of self-published poems. My writing draws inspiration from the emotional peaks and valleys of my life thus far, exploring themes of raw human connection, embarking on scary but necessary journeys, and deep personal transformations. I aim for true vulnerability and authenticity in my writing.
